After months of searching for a trustworthy construction company, my husband met with Michael
Miller, owner of MM Development and Construction and suggested that he come and examine
our damaged garage and outdoor deck. Michael immediately came across as knowledgeable,
hardworking, and reliable. He sat down with us and patiently explained all that needed to be
done and let us know the cost up front. The work was completed in a timely manner with no
surprise costs at the end of the job.
Because MM Development and Construction did such an outstanding job on our deck, we knew
that we found an honest and dependable company to complete our dream of revamping our
dated 1978 kitchen. Again, Michael Miller sat down and worked with us, always making sure
that we understood each step of the process. He made himself readily available at the
beginning of each project right to the end of each project in answering our questions and giving
helpful suggestions when asked. He made the whole process of renovation a lot of fun!
We actually decided to renovate the entire first floor of our townhome since the price was
